Our Projects

ViewStar is an Iconic Gateway Community. It features a total of 350,000 square feet of land area and 1.3 million square feet of total development floor area. The project consists of 12 buildings with up to 934 residential units parted by Phases I, II, and III respectively. Phase I – Southside features a total of 6 residential buildings, consisting of 577 livable units. Phase II – Northside comprises 274 livable units in 2 residential buildings accompanied by 1 office tower with a total of 200,000 square feet of commercial space. Each office floor is approximately 20,000 square feet. And 1 new 35,000 square feet Community Centre.  Phase III – Westside features 2 towers overlooking the water view of Fraser River with 83 residential units. (1 unit per floor).

CAMBIE · STAR, built in 2017, is an 8-storey residential building with commercial outlets on the ground floor. Located next to King Edward Skytrain Station

CAMBIE + 7, built in 2014, is a 10-storey concrete residential building. Located on Cambie Corridor, a few minutes walk to two Canada Line Skytrain Stations.

WESLEY, built-in 2011, is a 12-story residential building owned by Yuanheng. Located in the Fairview area, easy access to downtown, UBC, Granville Island, Kitsilano Beach, and Vancouver International Airport; Granville Shopping District, Skytrain Station, and Vancouver General Hospital are within walking distance.
Wesley offers 1 and 2 bedrooms boutique rental apartments, with high-end European appliances and views of Vancouver.

WESTON WALK, built-in 2011. Located in the Oakridge neighborhood of Vancouver, sitting near Oakridge-41st Skytrain Station
